Enchantment "Effect" won't render on "netherite_helmet" if worn on some devices

If you enchant a "netherite_helmet" with any enchantment, the "Enchantment-Effect" (the purple layer) wont render if you are in the F5-Mode. In the inventory however, you can see this "Enchantment-Effect". Apparently this only happens in some worlds.
