Unable to join one specific server while others have no problem

When I click on a specific server I am instantly greeted with "EncoderException : java.lang.nullpointerexception @ io.netty.handler.codec.MessageToByteEncoder:125" Because it is only happening on this server I am guessing it could be a bugged item or chunk but I need help. Here is my config:
