The Respawn point does not change

When I die after setting my new re-spawn point, It does not save it. Instead when I die it sends me back to the original spawn point in the world. And this is on my own private Server, I am not sure how to fix this issue.  Below I attached a video because the file was too large but it shows the main issue at hand.
