Recipe book not showing all recipes

Okay, beforehand, I had this issue ever since 1.14 and later in 1.15 with the same world (I upgraded it from each version) and now 1.16.
For example if I gather wood I should be able to unlock the wooden tools, even if I craft them, right? Well, I do and still they do not appear, I am now fully equipped with diamond/netherite and yet, all recipes do not show. Or just now in the 1.16 update I crafted Netherite Scrap and it does not appear in my recipe book neither.
