Sometimes blank text appears in chat after running a command

Randomly after running commands the chat displays a blank message, showing only the background and no text. After running the same command again, it appears like normal.

What I expected to happen was....

Text to show up after running a command giving information on the success

What actually happened was....

Blank text was printed into chat, giving no information

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run a command
