MC-192345Phantoms Don't Spawn Even Though doInsomnia is set to true
I am playing on hard difficulty, the gamerule doInsomnia is set to true, I haven't slept for more than 4 days (in truth it is more than 10 days) and phantoms don't seem to appear.
