Glitched end in the new version 1.16

After killing the ender dragon and using a pearl to teleport to the far end, the server crashes. This happened even after resetting the end world and killing the dragon again. We also tried killing the dragon for a second time and using the second gateway, but still the server crashes. An error log is provided.
