Zombie Piglins don't drop loot on servers

Hey there, so I ran the 1.16 vanilla jar and the zombie piglin won't drop anything, I also ran it on the 1.16.1 spigot jar and I'm having the same issue. I went on a survival testing world and the zombie piglins dropped loot on there, but they don't on my server.
