Reset Settings

When I load 1.16 after loading any other version of minecraft, it resets my settings

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that to load with all my settings like any other version

What actually happened was...:
It reset all of my settings, similar to if I was to go back into beta versions and back to newer versions

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load 1.16.1
2. Close the game,and load any other version
3. Close the game and open 1.16.1
