Zombified Piglings attack a player when a player takes damage.

When a player takes damage, nearby zombified piglings will attack the player.

What I expected to happen was...:
I could take damage without any nearby zombie piglings attacking me.

What actually happened was...:
While I was building a farm in the nether I took fall damage and all nearby zombified piglings attacked my player. This also happened when a normal piglin did damage to me

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go into the nether with zombified piglings around you 
2. Take damage 
3. Zombified piglings will attack you

(note: I can't seem to reproduce this every time but it has happened often without me aggroing the mobs)
