loss of progress , and deletion of online servers

so we usually play in my dad's account in minecraft 1.16 ,but yesterday when we logged in all of thee worlds and servers were gone which is pretty annoying and weird and i dont think it happened to others  the account is :GenericRelic624 also its 1.16.0 not 1.16.1 it just didnt let me put 0 :/
