Issue downloading a file (Minecraft is in Spanish)

If I try opening 1.16.1 minecraft version, I cant and it launches and error that says: Error launching the game and says "Issue downloading a file, name:1.16.json" URL: https://launchermeta.mojang.com/v1/packages/99dd5c579f767ef18071b1a0a698cdc9b7b5561e/1.16.json
