arrows deflected from shields back at piglins do not damage them and go straight through them

What I expected to happen was...:
when the piglin shot at me the arrow was deflected back and hurt the piglin

What actually happened was...:
when the piglin shot at me the arrow was deflected back and goes through the piglin and doesn't hurt it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a piglin mad at you
2. block it with a shield
3. watch the arrow phase through  the piglin
