villages have weird generation

villages are super rare and generate weirdly. villages generate 1 block above ground, paths don't follow houses and all the blocks around the path blocks are air. Edit: a stronghold
generated directly under it too. i think the seed is:-4804369906672099727
and the village is at -2320 81 -899
