minecraft crashes as pressing launch

i just fixed my pc and i wanna play minecraft and it just crashes as im pressing launch i thought its jsut somthing that would leave with the time so i uninstalled restarted did everything for like 4-5 days and it still wont work my system is above the minimal requirements any ideas? 

im no big brain computer man so id like some help thanks
