Minecraft Screen Stopping Phenomenon

I do not know if it is me, but after updating to 1.16.1, when I enter all the world, the screen stops after a while. 
And the same thing happens when I get on the server. The same thing happens when I reinstall the Minecraft.
Can you help me?
