Update Netherite

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
Supposed to be able to make Netherite items

What actually happened was...:
Doesn't allow me to make Netherite armor or tools/weapons

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a diamond piece of armor/sword/pick ax in the center of the crafting table.
2. Put a Netherite ingot on the right of that item in the crafting table.
3. Nothing happens. Every tutorial on making Netherite items is followed, but nothing happens.
