Hoglins and Zoglins are not Dropping Items

We started a minecraft world in 1.16 on a server and had some datapacks on it, we found no problems. Until we updated to 1.16.1 where when we were killing Hoglins, and Zoglins they were not dropping anything. I have found that it is a problem with the world but have no clue what part of it is wrong.
