Problems with portals connecting

Hello there,

when the update came out I deleted all my nether chunks with the program MCAselector. Before this I had written all of the coordinates of my portals before the update.  Then after deleting all the chunks all the portals got deleted as well.  When i put the portals with the correct coordinates they teleport me to the nearest floor area. I built all of my portals at y level 119. I appreciate the help. I tried to attach a video showing the problem but it exceeds the memory limit.
