Ghost lily pad when placing lily pad

Description

Placing a lily pad while moving your mouse around quickly causes an additional ghost lily pad.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get one or more lily pads.
2. Go to an open water area
3. Place down a lily pad while moving around your cursor. The result should be two lily pads: one of which is a ghost block.
