Minecraft brand new dupe bug

After I died in the nether I did not respawn using the task Manager closed minecraft. after starting the world I appear at the place where I was before my death and all the resources are in place but after I go to the place of death there are those resources with which I died I do not have screenshots since I can not make them but the bug is real i uset translator now
