Attributes On Weapons

Whenever i use the following command:/give @s minecraft:diamond{AttributeModifiers:[

{AttributeName:"generic.attackDamage",Name:"generic.attackDamage",Amount:30,Operation:0,UUIDMost:88176,UUIDLeast:127927}

]} 1

The attack damage attribute does not appear. Im not sure if you just removed this or it is a bug but i would appreciate it if you fixed the bug. Thank you.
