My world froze so I exited out of it to realize later that my world was not in the menus anymore.

My world called ''don't bank on it'' started to lag but then froze so I exited out of it then went back into it and it was not in the worlds menu. The world I lost had close to 500 MB and I started it a year ago. It would mean everything to me if I knew how to get it back.
