Villagers behave in a wierd way.

What I expected to happen was...:
That Villagers go to sleep at night and breed new Villagers when there are enough beds and have their inventory with the correct items.

What actually happened was...:
Sometimes some Villagers walk wierdly instead to go to sleep at night and even when every requirement to breed a new Villager is done they do not do it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put two Villagers in a closed room with work blocks and beds
2. Wait until night
3. Give them carrots, potatoes, or what they need to breed
