Nether gold ore can't be smelted in a blast funrace

As the title says, when you have mined gold ore with silk touch and put in a blast furnace it won't do anything. Now one would expect that this would be possible since overworld gold ore can be blasted.

To reproduce, simple put some nether gold ore in a blast furnace.
