Minecraft crashes while starting up

I start up the Minecraft Launcher and I click "play". When the bar in the Mojang loading screen reaches just about 95%, the bar stops moving and the application freezes and soon says it's "not responding". I've tried opening Minecraft on previous versions and I'm met with the same exit code - "-805306369". I've searched about this issue online and came across a few tips on making the bug go away on "hopper.minecraft.net" about this code and all the methods didn't help at all.
