Minecraft makes weird sounds when loaded

Whenever I load up Minecraft 1.16.1 Minecraft makes weird noises, like WRGGGGGGGGGGGGG NRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. My speakers have nothing wrong with it, I tested it with some sound tests. The sounds only play when I produce a sound like clicking on the title screen, but when I'm in the dirt background thingy it won't make sounds. I don't know what program to use to record the sounds.
