Monostable 1 tick = 2 ticks problem

A few days ago, I noticed that sticky pistons powered by "1 tick" pulses didn't drop their block anymore. Then I made a test : the monostable circuits actually send a 2 ticks pulse (see the showcase linked where the 2 mot common monostable circuits are tested)
