City life 2

I wonder if you can help, I have recently purchased city life 2 on ps4 & it won't load at all, I initiate the world & it reverts back to create world everytime, I purchased this by getting Minecraft currency & using 830 Minecraft tokens, the different avatar/costumes are available but not possible to even view the world, could you please get this to work or give directions/suggestions to make this work or refund my tokens if this isn't possible?
