Skins

I've been dealing with the problem of not being able to see or use any of my skins for the past few months.. not only that I cant even see purchasable skins in the store! I thought the new update wouldve help to fix that but it didnt, everything was updated except for that bug. I tried to just completely remake a Microsoft account in hopes that would help and now I cant in log in at all. Someone please help.....
