Skins

For the past few months I havent been able to load my skins in the game.. and jot inky that I cant even see skins in the store for the game. I thought the update wouldve fixed that but it's still a major problem for me and I dont get why! I've tried everything even creating a new Microsoft account and now I cant even log into that in the game! It's completely lost its bolts!
