Disappearing Minecoins

I bought the 49.99 pack of Minecoins and then I got off and then I got on a few hours n later and a  gigantic lag spike hit and I had to entirely get off the game to get back on and then my Minecoins where gone. This happened today after the nether update. Please fix this.
