Magma block don't hurt you if you are sneak

When you are on a magma block you don't get hurt when you are sneak

What I expected to happen was...:
It should hurt me but it doesn't

What actually happened was...:
It doesn't hurt me when i'm sneaking

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a block of magma block
2. Be on it
3. Sneak
