Can't play online with others

When I try to invite someone to any of my worlds it says they are unable to join because it can't find the server. I have had this issue ever since I made a Microsoft account and played with my friends who play on their phones. I play on PlayStation and ever since I played with them I have been unable to play online with other PlayStation users. Please help.
