Textures bug, transparent.

I wanted to tell you that this error has been happening since 1.15, I have already touched all the graphic options to see if I can solve it and there is no case, I turn to you to help me.

What I expected to happen was...:
well, I hoped that for this version they would have repaired the texture bug that I have suffered since 1.15; I hoped it would be like the jump from 1.13 to 1.14 that was better and more optimized for PC with some time already.

What actually happened was...:
clearly until the problem persists, and I cannot play this version either, I would like it to be better.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a somewhat old pc and try to run it with 4gb of ram and 2 cores.
