Day and night quickly interchange, could cause seizures with people with epilepsy, also some odd thing

i joined my world and i set the time to day using commands, at that time the day and night times flashed back and forth very quickly, making me uncomfortable, this could be dangerous to people prone to seizures. Shortly after I paused my game to write this report, ghast sounds started playing, even while paused on single player, in the overworld. I used /kill @e[type=ghast] but the output was that no entity was found, and the sounds continued playing. At 2:03 pm EST on today, 6/23/20, my game crashed without a crash report. I dont know what is happening but i reopened the world, and the issues are no longer there.
