Swedish Characters missing/wrong in 1.16 release

When typing on a Swedish keyboard, the characters are wrong. It is swedish special characters, unique to sweden compared to english, that becomes corrupt.

 

I verified keyboard settings, and it is correct - look: ÅÄÖ, åäö
