I can't enter a realm or access the realm tab in minecraft

When I first updated minecraft to 1.16, I was unable to enter a friend's realm as the loading screen would go on forever. Then, I was suddenly unable to enter the realm tab and the game would crash whenever I did. I can't seem to find the issue, but I do have the crash report attached.
