I found a Ruined Portal in the Overoworld, shortly after updating from a snapshot to the update

I was trying to find my Nether portal in the Overworld, and did /locate ruined_portal to see if I could find it. I teleported to the coordinates it gave me, and there was a ruined portal in the Overworld. I'm including a screenshot of it.
