[MC-191185] Logo and loading bar too small

Ever since 20w22a, the new mojang logo and loading bar have been too small.

What I expected to happen was:	What actually happened was:
The logo and loading bar would take up most of the screen, as in 20w21a	The loading bar and logo were only taking up some of the screen and were much smaller

This issue is still affecting the 1.16 release.

I have attached screenshots showing the difference.

I'm sorry if this is intended or has already been reported, I could not find any mention of this in the wiki, minecraft.net, reddit, or this bug tracker.
