Realms not working

I couldn't upload a world, download a world, closing the realms, joining the realms and changing worlds/minigames.

When anyone tries to join, it will show "An error occured, please try again later" or the "io,netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception" thing

 

Sometimes, when I tried some of the things i stated, it would show "null - 0"

I tried contacting for support by email and they didn't give me much(or any) solutions to solving thins problem. I've seen some asking to email for support and I did it. After a few emails, they asked me if there is a bug, I can report it here. It has been 4 days since when this has happened.
