Potion particles appear after death after the effect has run out. (only visable to host)

Potion particles appear after death after the effect has run out. (only visible to host). My specific scenario was, I was eating rotten flesh and got the hunger effect, a few seconds later I was killed by a pigman. When I respawned the particles remained and still were 5 minutes later.

Effect particles should disappear after the effect has gone

The particles remained after the effet had gone

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Eat rotten flesh to get hunger
2. .Die to a pigman
3. Respawn
