Textures of "teleport to player" and "teleport to team member" icons have 1.13 eye of ender texture

The bug

When in spectator mode you can click the middle mouse button to bring up a hotbar with the options "teleport to player" and "teleport to team member". I believe that behind the Steve heads, the eye of ender has the old 1.13, instead of the new 1.14 one.
