After I log in with my Microsoft Account I can't log into the marketplace.

"There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support."

This shows up after I log into my Microsoft Account and will not let me go online since the marketplace is down.
