Lever texture Bug with Custom Resource Pack

When having a resource pack , if you don't have the texture "stonebrick.png" , the lever background will show the vanilla stonebrick texture instead of vanilla cobblestone. Like it do normally if you don't have a Resource Pack . If you don't understand , just look at the screenshots .
