Saddlebags not attaching to donkeys

Donkey saddlebags do not attach

What I expected to happen was...:
Saddlebags should have appeared on back legs

What actually happened was...:
Nothing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click donkey with chest
2. Right click again while on donkey
3. Watch as nothing happens
