Honey hitboxes are inconsistent

Much like the slime block, the honey block's model has 2 parts, one 16x16x16 cube, and one 14x14x14 cube. However, the hitbox is actually 14x15x14, one pixel taller than it is wide, which is not represented by either of the model's parts.
