Land Animals Not Spawning

Passive and neutral non-aquatic mobs do not spawn outside of initial world generation. Water mobs spawn as expected, as do hostile mobs in caves and at night. But during the day, nothing will spawn outside of the water. Everything spawns as expected when a world is first generated.

 

Steps to reproduce:

-Stand in a mob friendly biome during the day

-/kill @e

-Wait
