Conduit's breaking texture is on the wrong part of the conduit.

When mining a conduit, the breaking animation/texture does not touch the hitbox of the conduit, rather on the outside of the conduit, especially when the conduit is activated.

How to recreate:

Step 1:

Build a 5 x 5 ring of prismarine blocks and place the conduit in the exact centre.

Step 2:

Break the conduit.
