When shift-clicking an item into the anvil UI, clicking on the text field selects text instead of moving the cursor

The bug

When shift-clicking an item into the anvil UI, clicking on the text field no longer moves the cursor to the desired location, but instead selects text in the text field.

How to reproduce

1. Use an anvil
2. Hold shift and click a tool to transfer it to the anvil
3. Continue holding shift for a second. Bug does not present if shift is held only briefly.
4. Release shift key
5. Click in the name field
   → Observe the text is selected instead of the cursor moved, as expected
